LOTISSEMENT NEWS

NEW SIGNATURE HOMES are being developed in the Idaho Falls area of Idaho. Construction will begin in April of 2005 and scheduled for completion in October 2005.

DIVISION INFORMATION

THE LOTISSEMENT DIVISION of Beckett Inc. oversees the development of real estate resources on behalf of the board of trustees. The division is directed by President and CEO Kristian Beckett with infrastructure support from COO Jason beckett.

DëGA MEDIA RESOURCES have been assigned to the Lotissement division to start the process of distribution for new estate developments among real estate agents in the local area.

BECKETT LOTISSEMENT will partner with contractor and builder Blake Spaulding of Spaulding Custom Homes for all pending Idaho developments.

FUTURE EXPANSION

BECKETT LOTISSEMENT looks to the Utah real estate market for new luxury signature homes. Single lots and multi unit properties are being investigated for new developments.

MULTI-UNIT DWELLINGS get a nod from Lotissement management as possible investment properties for future expansion. Designers are preparing and submitting plans to convert several properties to signature homes and apartments in the Los Angeles area.
